Our Classes
Adults Beginner Jazz

Learn the fundamentals of Jazz in this technique-focused class. Each lesson will cover the basics including steps, kicks, and turns. In 4-week blocks, you will learn a short routine, to help you integrate the steps and develop your ability to remember and refine choreography.

Complete beginners or those who would like to re-learn Jazz fundamentals.

Once your introductory offer has ended, we recommend purchasing our monthly jazz membership, which you can find here.
This is because regular training is required when learning the fundamentals, building upon your skills and learning choreography.
Zumba

A cardio-based, Latin-inspired dance class focused on simple steps repeated to high-energy music. You’ll burn calories, boost your mood, improve your coordination and increase your cardiovascular fitness - without having to join a run club or do burpees.

Ellen has a life-long background in dance, participating in her first class at the age of three.
She began assistant teaching during high school and completed a Teaching Certification with the Southern Federation of Dance during Year 12.
Ellen continued to teach the Southern Federation of Dance syllabus whilst studying Bachelor of Business (Advertising & Marketing) at university.
She is also a qualified Zumba instructor, and current ZIN member.
After moving to Manly a year ago, Ellen was introduced to the world of Physical Culture and regularly participates in competitions.

Where we are located
Our Adult Beginner Jazz classes are held at 161 Preston Road, Manly West.
Our Zumba classes are held at the Manly-Lota RSL Sub-Branch at 184 Melville Terrace, Manly.
